We are delighted that BSL interpretation will be available at National Council of Women’s Autumn conference and AGM on 11th October in Darlington and on screen.
This is because the International Council of Women has generously awarded us a small grant for interpretation.
We want our event to be as accessible as possible for deaf women, so if that’s you, please make an extra point of saving the date. Topics include parenting support, overseas aid, FGM, and trafficking of women.
The International Council of Women wants to learn from our experience so that more Councils globally can better involve deaf women. We are very grateful to ICW.
